The opening sequence that i have chosen is Terminator 1.
The sequence starts with a slow pasted Sci-fi tune with blue
futuristic lines passing across the screen. I then starts introducing
the characters stars. The are introduced with a futuristic green
typing font. After the characters are mentioned it changes to all
the other people involved in making the film. The music's tempo
increases with the more people that is mentioned. This opening
looks as if it could be a conveyer belt with the blue lines and the
music. By the end the video the blue lines turn into the word
"TERMINATOR". This is like a conveyer belt's finished product.
We were asked to produce a presentation on the opening of a film of our choice, Terminator was Josh's choice and he focused on key elements that made the opening scene stand out from other scenes and make it effective at showing particular conventions.
